PROJECT AFTER 6 is a pioneer tenant engagement programme launched by Swire Properties in 2014 with the aim of creating a platform to facilitate the Taikoo Place office community’s pursuit of a better work-life balance and redefine what a sustainable commercial complex should look like.

Arts in the Park

 

Standard Chartered Arts in the Park – Hong Kong’s iconic annual outdoor youth arts carnival was successfully launched again on 3rd Dec, 2023. Returning to Victoria Park in Causeway Bay, the fun two-day carnival attracted nearly 100,000 local and international visitors, and closed with a spectacular Grand Finale Parade – showcasing the work of over 400 creative talented primary and secondary school students and local artists, and generating great excitement in the park and surrounding city streets.​

Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival

 

The “Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival” (the Arts Festival) is a three-year arts project organised by Tourism Commission, supported by Hong Kong Geopark and curated by One Bite Design Studio.  Chance Communications supported the first year of the Arts Festival which was held from 16 November 2022 to 15 January 2023. ​

Launch of AIRSIDE, Nan Fung Group

 

In June 2020, Nan Fung Group announced its plan for AIRSIDE, a 1.9 million sq. ft mixed-use commercial development in the Kai Tak area. The flagship project, which set a record HK$24.6 billion land bid in 2017, comprises of a 47-storey mixed-used development building including a 32-storey Grade A office and a multi-storey retail complex with an interconnected underground shopping street. The total investment in the project will reach HKD$32 billion.
