In September 2020, New World Development and MTR Corporation Limited launched a revolutionary wellness experience at THE PAVILIA FARM by articulating its philosophy of “LIVE BEYOND WELL”. Located above the Tai Wai MTR Station which is one of the key terminal for Sha Tin to Central Link, THE PAVILIA FARM is an extraordinary urban manor, using environmentally friendly living as its design blueprint in cooperation with leading technological and intelligent green developers.

 

Focusing on three distinct pillars of optimal living: Wellness and Sustainability, Innovation and Creation, and exceptional Design and Architecture, THE PAVILIA FARM opens a new chapter in healthy living by embracing nature, encouraging interaction with sunlight, air, water and soil, and allowing urbanites to experience the im-portance of rural farms and nature for physical and mental health.

In this project, Chance Communications work alongside the NWD team for lifestyle content creation, crafting bilingual lifestyle and architecture stories as well as organizing interviews with local lifestyle media to introduce the outstanding concept and designs of the newly launched Pavilia Farm to the audience through comprehensive media exposures.
